Global access isn't shipping a product from one country to another. It means holding product availability, local registration status, regulatory requirements, documentation, specialised handling and the patient-access pathway in view at the same time — because getting any one of them wrong stops the medicine at a border, not at a desk.

From Pharmaceutical Trade to Healthcare Access
Every product we source represents a hospital's requirement, a clinician's treatment option, a distributor's local market and, at the end of it, a patient waiting for access. That chain is what pharmaceutical trade means here.
So we measure the work not by where a medicine was delivered, but by whether we can account for how it got there: which facility made it, which documents travelled with it, and who a partner can call when something goes wrong. An exporter who can't answer those three questions is guessing, whatever the shipment record says.
Getmeds Healthcare wasn't built around oncology by accident. Naresh Kumar Bishnoi founded Getmeds Healthcare on a straightforward premise: that a pharmaceutical exporter should be able to account for every product it ships, and that international healthcare partners shouldn't have to take that on faith.
His career spans international pharmaceutical operations, regulatory affairs and global healthcare access, and he is a member of the European Society of Medical Oncology. Under his direction, Getmeds Healthcare has been an Active Participant of the United Nations Global Compact since 4 November 2024, with two Communications on Progress now on public record.
The reason he gives for starting the company hasn't changed: quality medicines, delivered reliably and described honestly, change what happens to a patient — and an exporter has no excuse not to treat that as the actual job.

What “honesty and integrity” actually commits us to
It's an easy phrase to put in a mission statement and a hard one to make checkable. Here is what it commits us to in practice.
We show the price before we ask for a commitment
Not a range, and not “contact us for a quote” used as a stalling tactic. A real number, in writing, before anyone decides anything.
We say no when the honest answer is no
A country we can't legally reach, a manufacturer that doesn't meet our standard, a timeline we can't actually hit — we would rather say so plainly than take the order and manage the disappointment later.
We don't publish a claim we can't back up
No “number one”, no invented rankings, no figures we haven't counted. If it isn't checkable, it doesn't go on this website.
The two hard rules have no exceptions
Every patient order requires a real prescription. Every manufacturer meets our written twelve-point standard before we'll source from them. Neither is negotiable, for anyone, at any volume.
