4. It will take a minimum of 7 – 10 days from the date of payment to get the product ready for export.
5. You can apply for import permits/licenses for an import clearance while waiting.
6. Once the product is ready for export, origin export formalities will take 2 – 3 days.
7. Transit time will be a minimum of 3 – 4 days.
8. Clearance will take a minimum of 5 – 6 days upon arrival in your country.
9. As soon as your product is released by customs, it will be delivered to you the next day.

Despite our best efforts to deliver your orders on time, there can be circumstances outside of our control that can delay your order.

It may be the following:

• Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Delivery challenges, such as traffic or courier constraints.

Items can look different from the images shown on the website due to the following reasons:

• The delivered item may have an updated package design.
• The delivered item and displayed item on the website were manufactured in different batches. Don’t worry, because this does not affect the quality, efficacy, or safety of the product. 
• Screen resolution or lightning may affect how the details and colors of a product appear on the website

Yes, we have a Cash on delivery (COD) option. You can pay for your ordered items upon the courier’s arrival at your location.

Yes, you can have your medicine or product exchanged. As long as it meets the criteria for our return policy and was delivered within 7 days, we can offer an exchange for the product you previously received.

You may only return a product within 7 days under the following conditions:

• Item is damaged
• Product is expired
• Wrong item is delivered
• Item is incorrectly dispensed

If your delivered product qualifies under the conditions of our return policy, you will be asked to fill out the “online returns form” as per customer care instructions. After that, a courier person will arrive in your location to get the product for return.
